Mr. Armstrong spoke of the pioneer day in eastern Wash ington when much of tha country was given over to cattle, and trail rather than road and railroad war the ave nues of travel. During these year of ervlce of th American Sunday School 'union, Mr. Armstrong baa organised mora than 400 Sunday schools with fully 10,000 mem ber. r- .Celebrate Anniversary In celebration of tha second annlver sary of the otganlzatlon of the King' Daughter class, Millard Avenue Pres byterian Sunday school, a reception will b held tonight in th church parlor. Remington to Leave Rev. Roy Remington, who recently re signed th pastorate of AU Saint Epis copal mission, will leave Monday for hi home, Rochester, N. T. Rer. Mr. Reming ton 1 himself in need of a rest, hut in addition his father la dangerously ill, and Rev.' Mr. Remington's presence at home will be required for some time, so as to permit his absence. Rev.
