GARRISON 'NEWS
Perhaps one of the largest crowds
ever assembled at Vancouver barracks
was that on Friday, July the Fourth, in
.the athletio fields to witness the mil
itary events. An elaborate- program
waa prepared and carried out, the lat
ter taking up the entire afternoon. The
parade during -the morning through the
principal streets of Vancouver, was
considered better than any previous
