Lightship No. "88 Is now at the buoy
depot at Tongue Point, where she was
brought more than a week ago to await
the result of the opening of the bids.

After making the first of the Sunday
summer excursion runs to Oregon City
next Sunday, the steamer Oregona, of
tho Oregon City Transportation com
pany's line, will be tied up for cleaning
and' painting.- The steamer Pomona
was Inspected yesterday and will' go on
the Oregona's run while the latter Is
being painted. As usual during the
summer three round trips will bo made
Sunday, leaving here at 9 in the moro
ns-, at noon and at 8 in ine anernoon.
The last trip back from Oregon City
will be mads at 6 in the afternoon.
