Hall resented this and was afraid of Haines, and pulling his revolver, which he always carried, he shot Haines. The Hall cabin is about ,40 miles from Burns and about two miles from Har rUnan. It waa 1 o'clock the next morn ing before Pr. Penman' of Harrlnian ar rived and Ur. Harrlnon of Burns was sent out In an auto last night. Settle accusing Crowley of stealing his bottle of whiskey.
