' Alexander Mulr, contractor and build er, Is having plans drawn for a three story brick apartment, 82 by 100 feet, which he will build on Montgomery street, between Blxth and Seventh. Th structure Vill be of 4he Tudor Gothic type of architecture and will present a very attractive appearance with a front of tapestry brick and sandstony trim ming. The plans provide for five suites of three rooms on each floor, and all the bedrooms are to be equipped with disappearing beds and other built-in conveniences. Architects Emil Schacht ft Son are geetlng up the design. This firm is also engaged on the plana for a new undertaking plant to be erected for J. P. Finley & Son at Fifth and Montgomery. The design calls for three story brick. 80 by 100 feet, with a 10 foot basement. The ground floor will be arranged for the business of fice, chapel and retiring rooms. On the upper floors will be the embalming de partment, stock rooms end living apart ments for the employes.
