Automobile dealers In the northwest were greatly relieved yesterday upon receipt of advice from the Studebaker Bros company. South Bend.' Ind., In which they atate they will be able to fill all orders of the new 11 500, car which baa been so widely advertised. This advice Is to the effect that, the company, will be able to furnish the car as previously advertised, and closes the controversy between that concern and the Everett-Metxger-Flanders com pany of. Detroit, ThU controversy has been one of the most bitter' in1 Us auto world. : The Studebaker firm 'had contracted 'With the Studebaker-Flanders company for thelr output of what are known- as the Studebaker-Flanders rz,n. and the E. M F. "30." Both cars were considered great bargains and agents in the west had experienced a wonderful sale for 1910.
