tions under the new ordinance were pre
sented to the council last evening, It
was found that W. F. Ri-lnard, who has
been conducting the old Gagen stand on
Court street, had not made application
for a renewal of his license. Reinard
has since explained that he intends to
go out or Dusmess.
The licenses were all referred to the
license committee and will be acted
upon at the next regular meeting. The
