The temperatures tn the southern states " between the Rocky mountains and the Mississippi river ure decidedly above normal. In the north Pacific states the temperatures . are from two to IS degrees below normal.- ' - The indications are for fair weather in this district tonight and Friday, with colder weather in eastern Oregon and Idaho.
