COURT REVERSES PIKE DECISION Judge Bronaugh In tha circuit court haa .overruled tha action of tha coun ty oourt In allowing a claim for I1S0 in ex rel estata of Henry HeKgTlere, the, case having coma to him on appeal. HaltgTtava waa guardian for tha Pike heirs and tha claim waa based oh the fact that Heltgrleva allowed apma of hi ward a money to remain in a Dana for" years without - drawlnc Interest In-the county court the Interest waa allowed, Judge uronaugn neia mm inm county judge had no authority for thla aciion DticauBe a. bvuiviooui iwu vwm made between guardian and ward. In ex rel Charles H. Pike, which la a twin case, Judge Bronaugh sustained tha county Judga in part and overruled him aa to other action. In thla an Interest- claim of 1276 on similar grounds was allowed, there having been no agreement betwean guardian and- ward. The court also allowed i860 for board in' favor of tha guardian, an Item that waa disallowed by tna county court. Both of theaa caaea were tried by Judge Bears and later by Judge Fraser. Both judges took them under advise, ment, and both died without deciding them, making It necessary to have a third hearing Mfore Judge Bronaugh.
