The verdict of the coroners lurv at Ban Jose yesterday in which it wn declared that Moller met his death at the hands of persons unknown to th jury was a disappointment to the officials. Rea will not be taken before the Alameda county grand jury as was first announced, but will be taken be- fore Judge Bowers at Irvlngton nex Monday for arraignment on the charge sworn toaay. Next Saturday will be naturalization day In the circuit court. Thirty-three applications for oltizenship will be heard- that day by Presiding Judire Gantenbeln. Next Monday five more plications are set ror hearing, witn x for Tuesday,' six for Wednesday. five for Thursday and five for Fri day.' After Friday no more applica tions will be heard until after the No vember election, the law forbidding, the making of citizens for 30 days prior to a general election.
