A deposit of $200 in cash or certified check, payable to the superintendent must accompany each bid for meat and flour, and all other bids must be ac companied by an amount equal to 10 per cent or tne amount or tne bid. Samples to accompany all bids' where practicable. The right Is reserved to reject any and all bias and to- accept or reject any portion of a bid.
