It retains its nronounced character and this morning fair weather generally prevailed throughout this dis trict excepting in southeastern Idaho. At Spokane, however, a lght rain was falling at time of report. The Wyom ing depression now appears In the form of a trough of low pressure extending from New Mexico northeastward to the Oreaf Lakes.
