Sumlda waa found guilty by a Jury Friday after noon, after deliberating but a very few minutes. Sumlda brought Natau Kotaya to Portland from Japan and lived with her. When she deserted- him he at tempted to get revenge by reporting the .case to the immigration authori ties, so that Natsu would be deported.
