Journal WEATHER REPORT A trough of lew pressure extends this morning from Alberta south to Arizona. The barometer is relatively high over the north Pacific states and a high firessure area of considerable magnitudo s central over the Ohio valley. During the lost 24 hours light showers have occurred in extreme northwestern Wash ington, and general raina have fallen in the Ohio valley, middle Atlantic and New England states; In the latter dis trict the rains were attended by high winds. It is warmer In the northern Rocky mountain states and the upper Missouri valley, and decidedly cooler over a atrip or territory extending- rrom Texas northeastward to New England. Light frosts occurred again this morn ing In southern Oregon. The Indications are for generally fair weather in this district tonight and Fri day.
