Counollman Cellars moved to place the measure en the table, prefacing his' re marks by saying: "Inasmuch as this little ordinance has had the effect of stirring life Into the committee I think It would be advisable at this time to extend the life of the committee sufficiently to give the mem bers time to make a report.
