While no announcement haa been made as to tha future uses of tha property, it Is believed that It will be come tha site of a splendid cathedral. Dr. R. C. Coffey, who held a lease and option on tha property, haa conducted a sanatorium there for the past 12 years and under tha terms of the recent sale will continue In possession of tha prop erty for three years longer.
