Perry Mont gomery and 14 of his associates have filed suit against tha Cornucopia Mines Company of Oregon to recover the sum of 11,084.45 alleged to be due them for labor and services rendered the defend ant Hart eV Nichols are attorneys for the plaintiffs. Liens which will aggregate $20,791 have been filed against ha mine by the miners and other parties who have fur nished provisions for the mine. A large portion of these liens were filed to pro tect the miners from losing the money thst Is due them. Although there Is an Indebtednesa of 120.000 against the mine it Is now running full blast, being under lease to the miners.
