The barometer Is relatively low north of Montana and also over extreme southern California. Fair weather prevails generally through out the Rocky mountain and fao.inc states, -with temperatures below normal. At Pocatello, Idaho. ' the first rezo weather of the seaaon occurred this morplng. Light anow has fallen gener ally in the northern states eaHt of the Missouri river, and rain Is reported in the lower Mississippi valley. Light frosts 'occurred this morning at Los Angeles and Red Bluff, California, and a killing frost was reported at North Head, Washington. The temperatures are decidedly below normal in Ne braska, Colorado. Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
