I have completely demonstrated tha
fact that derangement of the mascu
line functions Is a curable ailment. Hy
the closest observations In thousands
of cases I have ascer In lnii that only
In rare Instances la the nervous sys
tem or general constitution Involved
to any noticeable degree whatever, and
that weakness In all Its phases is
merely a symptom of local disorder.
In by far the greater number of cases
I find the condition entirely due to a
state of Inflammation or congestion In
the prostate gland, or at some other
vital point of the organic system,
brought on by early dissipation or lin
gering aa a result of some contracted
disorder. Such cases may show tem
porary Improvement under stlmulat-
processes of treatment, nut ulti
mate relapse and Injury are certain
to follow all such methods. The only
radical cure Is the absolute removal
of the abnormal conditions responsible
for the functional disorder, and this I
accomplish through carefully-directed
local measunax.
My treatment Is entirely distinctive
and original. No other physician em
ploys like methods, nor approaches my
success In curing The results I ob
tain nre thorough and lasting, and
strength and vigor are reatored In the
full ami normal degree.
Contracted Diseases
Fully one-fourth of the cases of
organic weakness with which I
come In contact are a direct result
of the Improper treatment of some
contracted disease. This should be
sufficient warning against patent
nostrums and other uncertain meth
ods. I never dismiss a patient un
til I know that every possibility of
relapse or evil result has been re
moved.
The remedies I employ are known
to myself nlone, and I have reason
to regard that aa the surest and
safest ever devised for the cure of
contracted dlseasea.
Varicocele
Mv treatment for Varicocele Is a
painless one, and In most Instances
the patient need not be detained a
single day from his business. Even
In advanced cases, a cure by my
method Is a matter of but a very
short time. There Is no doubt or
guess work, but absolute certainty
of a thorough and laatlng cure, with
complete return of that degree of
health nnd vigor that existed be
fore the disease began.

"It is surprising how few of the In
vidious distinctions commonly presumed
between methods in Wall street and
methods anywhere else will bear analy
sis. The principles of speculation are
as old as tl.e human imagination. In
the arts and expedients of speculation
men of Wall street are more proficient
than the average of mankind, but, even
so, this is no more true of Wall street
men than of men in any other commun
ity where the business of exchange Is
highly iM'rfei ted.
"It is alleged that big capitalists in
Wall street sometimes use the banking
muchlnery of the east for the purpose
of controlling sources of supply and
regulating output, thereby intending to
obtain higher prices for commodities
than they would bring if the law of
competition had free play. That Is a
form of speculation one hears denounced
more frequently, perhaps, than any
other. There is probably no agricultur
ist who would hesitate to denounce such
use of capital and credit in Wall street
as morally wrong and Injurious to the
welfare of the whole people.
"If this form of speculation be called
conspiracy, then farmers ure guilty of
the like offense when they combine to
reduce acreage and afterward employ
the banking machinery of their sections
to hold back their output and regulate
the market supply. The theory of hold
ing back wheat or cotton or any other
commodity Is to advance the price

Railroads to Fix Rules.
(United Preat Leased Wire.)
Chicago, Nov. 21. The operating vice
presidents of nearly all the principal
railroads of the United States met In
conference In this city today to con
sider a new car hire agreement which
will Insure the more prompt return of
cars to their home roads and thereby
reduce the oft-recurring car congestion.
Rules Imposing a penalty of $5 for the
diversion of a freight car from Its
home road after being received by an
other line have been drawn up for con
sideration at the meeting.
The railroads claim that much of the
car shortage is duo to the fact that they
are unable, to keep their cars on their
own roads. Twenty-two roads have
agreed to abide by any rules made by
the conference for a period of six
months .and It Is hoped to bring all
the members of the American associa
tion into the agreement.

If other physicians have treated you
for so-called "weakness," you were
helped only temporarily. If at all,
and the reason Is very apparent when
the cause of loss of power In men
Is understood. "Weakness" isn't a
weakness at all, but Is merely a
symptom of chronic inflammation In
the prostatic gland, brought on by
early dissipation or some contracted
disorder. Our system of local treat
ment removes this Inflammation and
Is the only treatment that has ever
restored or ever can permanently re
store strength and vigor.
If we do not cure yon it will mot cost yon
