growers of the Paoifle northwest la the

Toe pool prunes are being shipped as
fast as they can be gotten ready and It
la expected that the last of these prunes
will be gone before long. The main diffi
culty is said to be the lack of ears for
shipping; purposes.

The Willamette Valley association is
making a number of Innovations In Its
prune shipping this year. The principal
of these Is the smaller slsea of packs gee.

not yet been offered.

county, filed a suit yesterday asking
for a divorce from his wife, Gertrude
KatMnrek, on the grounds of eruel and
inhuman treatment. Kabourek and bla
wife were merrled in Wisconsin in 1177,
and have lived at Macksburg for tfr
years, where tbey. own considerable

The complaint alleges that on October

the board for the formation of a national
marksmen's reserve. Including the en
