ocrats of Kentucky ar holding a pri
mary election today for the choice ol
candidates for the nine atate offices to
be filled at the election next Novemlxr.

convention of the International Aaaocia
t Ion. of Chiefs of Police. tQ be held in
New Orleana next week will attract the
heads of the police departments of the
loading, cities of the United States and
Canada. The gathering will begin Tues

and discussions will deal with the latest
