East Side Resident Thinks There
Is Something Wrong.
A general protest has been made by
residents of all sections of the East Side
on accpunt of the closing up of the ele
vated roadways. '
THe City; Engineer mas barricaded the
roadway on Larrabee street over, Mont
gomery's gulch in Lower Alblna. The
bridge Is over 600 feet In length and is
over HO feet high. The structure has
