Father Daniel Penbroke, former priest of St. Pat- of Marywille, Mo., spent last night in a cell at the cen tral police station here. He is held for investigation as to his sanity. His arrest was at the instigation of Bish op Maurice T. Burke of the St. Jo seph diocese.
