Elmore at 2 o'clock yesterday morn

The cause will be tried before Judge

bride and Mr. Joseph Moore acted

Two unfortunates fell by the way

Mrs Helen Johnson Dead
Mrs. Helen Johnson the wife of
Anton Johnson died at 2:20 yester
day afternoon at the family res
idence 248 Alameda street after a
linuerinu: ' illness of Tuberculosis.
Mrs. Johnson was aged 55 years and
8 months. She leaves besides her
husband three children two daught
ers and one son. The arrangements
for the funeral have not been com
plcted.

this city for examination was released
on $20 bail yesterday by Justice

The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth S.
Miller who died at Portland, May S,
