It is expected that the granlmotlier of the young lady will eend her the funds necessary to return east. The head of a local detective agency namce in connection with the possibb arrest of Cooke, stated last night that they had not received any instruirtlono from the east oonoeruing Cooke; that so far as they knew thore was no warrant for his arrest and that they were doing nothing at all in the case. There was nothing to stop Cooke from going where he pleased and they were not even keep ing track of him. The police are not looking for Coke, although despatches from New York say there is a warrant for the eloping preacher's arrest on the charge of ab duction and that tho local authorities will be asked to find and nold the fugitive, Uff'' : '' !-!
