RIOT INQUIRY REPORT.
ATLANTA, Dec. 28. The clt teens
committee appointed aftor the Septem
ber riots here, reported today. The ro
port shows that twelve persons were
killed und seventy wounded. Of the
dead ten are negroes Bnd of the
