Dough erty, ex president of the National Edu cational Association, ex superintendent of the public schools of Peoria and ex president of the First National bank of thi city, today pleaded guilty to in dictment charging him with robbing th achool funds, and was given an in determinate sentence of on to fourteen years, on each of five counts, was taken to Joliet at once.
