of Miss K.itherlne Stauffer Clark,
daughter of Senator Clark of Montana,
to Dr. Lewis Rutherford Morris, took
place this afternoon In St. Thomas
Protestant Episcopal church. There
was a great crowd of spectators, but
admission to the church was denied to
all save those having cards of Invitat
lion. There was no musical pro
gramme of special ,-lgnlfloance. and
the ceremony was as simple as the rlt
ual of the church vvill permit.
After the church service, which was
r?al by the rector, the Rev. Dr. Wes
ley J. Brown, there was a small recep

homo of the bride's slstor, Mrs. Ever
ett M. Culver. The presents, of which

shown to some of the Intimate friends
of Mrs. Morris.
In the collection there are many
pieces of silver and some magnificent
jewels. Mr. Clark's gift to his daugh
ter is a tiara and stomacher of dia
monds, with a single ruby, made de

den gave a set of old fashioned silver

H. MacKay sent a silver punch bowl,
