closing a certain mortgage executed
by the said Homer S. McDaniels and
Etta McDaniels, his wife, on the 13th
day of January, 1916 on the following
described real property situated in
Lincoln County, Oregon, towlt:
A piece or parcel of land "Com
mencing at the C4) Section Corner
on the North Boundary of Section
Five (5) in Township No. Eleven
South of Rfeuige Mo. Eleven, (11)
West Wilt Meridian, end running
thence S. 0 degrees 07 minutes West
on the center line of said Section No.
Five .6) above described 660 feet to
a post near Wagon Bridge, Thence
EaBt 660 feet to a post, thence N.
0 degrees 07 minutes 6G0 feet to a
Post situate on the north bbundary
of said Section No. Five (5) above
described, thence west along the
North boundary of said section No.
(5) 660 fe t to the place of beginning
the ainie containing Ten (10) acres
according to the survey thereof.
And that the above described tract
be sold by the Sheriff of Lincoln
County, Oregon, as provided by law
to satisfy the amount due and owing
plaintiff on said mortgage; and further
for a decree that each of said de
fendants land all of them and all per
sons claiming by, through or under
you said defendants, may be barred
end foreclosed of any estate, right,
title, lien or Interest in or to said
mortgaged premises or any part there
of and for such other and further re
lief as may be equitable and just.
This summons is served upon you
by publication in accordance with an
order by the Honorable R. R. Miller,
County Judge of Lincoln County, Ore
gon, which said order is dated June
16th, 1920, and which requires that
this summons be published in the
Lincoln County Leader for six con
secutative and successive weeks be
ginning with the issue of June 18th
1920, and ending with the Issue of
July 30th, 1920.
