He will run his auto truck. Harry Cooney of Tigardville. Oregon, Tuesday morning shipped a car load of hogs from this place. These hogs were raised by John Lloyd and others on Siletz and it was a nice bunch Messrs. Craw ford, Miller, Bryant and Brassfield brought the hogs to this place. This is a good industry for Siletz farmers and will bring in the dol lars. ' Soon after leaving Bay View Wednesday morning the horse of mailcarrer Frank Huntsucker broke through a bridge which caused the horse to fall, catching Huntsucker's lea beneath it. The lptr i horllv 'bruised and lacerated but Dr. Morris says that it is not broken as was at first reported. Hunt sucker will be unable to carry the mail for some time. While climbing a ladder from the port dredge to the wharf Wm. Mackey received a fall Monday morning which resulted in a broken hip. When Mr. Mackey was up about ten feet the ladder slipped, letting him fall to the deck of the dredge where he lay for about an hour before being found. He was taken to the home of his daughter. Mrs. J. J. Gaither, and attended by Dr. Burgess. He is doing nicely now, but is in for a long siege. His many friends sympathize witn him in his misfortune. WOODMEN.
