Warren Hall went to California last Saturday morning to look after his timber interests in that state. Luther KJng who has been stop ping in this city for several weeks, went to Wren Saturday morning.' Last Saturday Zeb Blower of Mill 4 killed a large black bear which had been making raids on their sheep. Claud WJnt.ehorn of Corvallis has been visiting at the Cromo home this week. He-returned home yesterday. Proffesor J. W. Willson has sold , his residence in the southeast part ' of town to John Ilamar. Mr. Will-; son and family expect soon to leave ! for Idaho.
