Rufus S. Holm, eontestee, by which
it is alleged that contestant "knows
the present condition of the same;
same; also that said Rufus F. Holm
has never lived or made improvements
upou said land ; that he has wholly
abandoned said tract and changed his
residence from said land for more than
six months last past, and that said
that said alleged abseuce from the said
