Tho Coqulllo paving troubles came to an abrupt end the other night when at n secrot session of the city council Cltv Engi neer Hobson tendered his resignation ofectlvo Decemborl. Marshal Sulli van, who was also under fire, adjust ed his troubles without resigning. Hobson'8 troubles came over the pav ing, the council blaming him because tho paving wasn't put in bettor. The Coos Hay Paving and Construction company did the paving and It was finally agreed to leavo tho settlomonr to an arbitration bonrd to determine what part of the cost the company should forfeit for alleged poor work.
