that they thought tho bnlanco would
be onslly secured.
It Is planned to convert the build
ing Into a public reading room and
gymnasium. It Is planned to Install
bowling alleys, equipment for ntlt
letlcs and In fact arrange for nil the
simpler forms of rccrcntlon for young
