Pendegrass and daughter, Miss Edith, of Marshfield, were the guests for a few days of Mrs. Goorge Bolster. A. W. Myers left a few days ago for Spokane, ho will be absent for a couple of weeks. He expects to go east before his return. Ethel CaVanagh, who had her thumb bitten off a short time ago by a horse, Is now almost entirely well. The wound having healed nicely. The Mercy hospital Is having an elevator put in, which will be ready for operation next week. This wlU be a very great convenience for the patrons of the hospital. Mr. Jess Tyrrol, who left a short time ago for Klamath Falls, Is very much improved in health. He writes it Is very cold there, they have good sleighing and skating. Miss Maggie Murray, who has boen visiting friends In Marshfield and North Bond the past two weeks, will return to her home at Bandon Saturday.
