SEATTLE, Wash., Nov. 30. Editor of Dally Coos Bar Times: In your issue of Monday. November 23. you have an article that does the United Wireless Telegraph Company man u a great injustice. uu " ... . - .III I article stock can be bought at It n . tl zn nor sharp. This is absolutely false. There Is no United Wireless stock for sale, that is trans ferable, or that would be of any value to one purchasing same, at less than ?20 per share. I will give $12.50 per share spot cash, for any and all transferable stock that can be deliv ered to me of the United Wireless Telegraph Company, If parties will put up a small forfeit they will del iver this stock, I will put up the lull price, certified check or draft that I will take same when it is properly transferred. We cannot stop brokers from advertising the sale of our stock for the purpose of hindering the growth of the com pany, but we have stopped the brokers getting any of this stock that they can sell, that Is to any extent. There might be an Instance where a man bought stock through this office or from the company di rect, became hard up and would wish to sell his stock, but as he un derstands he can get at least $12.50 -per share for same he would not put It in the hands of brokers at the ridiculously low price quoted In the paper. I know there are heavy monled interests that are doing all they can to hinder the sale of Unit ed Wireless, they have done so to a certain extent, but notwithstand ing all the money they have spent, all the articles they have had writ ten adverse to the company, the company has gone ahead, is on a dividend paying basis, and is going ahead with their construction work, putting in stations almost dally, and the company is entirely out of debt. 0 We don't put In a station anywhere, or contract anything in the way of indebtedness unless the money is in the treasury to pay for same. Thinking you did not care to do the company an Injustice I have written you as I have. Yours truly, GEO. H.. PARKER, Coast fiscal agent of United Wireless. Seattle, Wash.
