Wonder if she'll continue to look lovely getting up In the morn ing to build the kitchen fire and hanging out the weekly wash? "Oh, he's too young," remarked a lunior high school school girl to her" -:hum In discussing a member of the Marshfield High School football team the other day. "Why, he's two years older than you are," came the response. "But he actually smacks svery time he kisses," retorted the first one. Then they began to dis- 3uss what seats they would like to have in the new high school. "Katrina," began a Coos Bay bride of a few months, who had just reach edthe'stago of being anxious toihave her husband mt the office on time, the other day, "I don't presume that you er would object to 'my getting an alarm clock." It was rather timidly ipoken as several breakfasts had been late In succession. "Not at all ma'am," replied the maid as she -ubbed her eyes." Them things never disturb me at all." The crabbed bachelor and the aged spinster sat disconcertedly at a Coos Bay muslcale the other night. The selections were apparently a.n tlrely unfamiliar to the gentlemen; but when the "Wedding March" of Mendelssohn was begun he prliked up his ears. "That sounds familiar," he said "I'm not strong on these classlo-U pieces, but there's a good 'un! What is it?" Tho spinster cast down her eyes.
