Strahorn of Spokane, "Washington, for the purchase of the Coos Bay Water Works, on which Mr. Devers held an option, have been broken off without result. This Is the water system that serves Marsh field and North Bend. Otto A. Welle, who was recently called by the Marshfleld City Council In consultation on plans for the pro posed sewage system, made an ex haustive examination of the Water Works system in the Interest of Messrs. Devers and Strahorn during the month of July.
