Cow Likes Strawberries. Charles Codding was in today from Milling ton where he has been located for several weeks at his summer home. He says the climate Is delightful there and that lt Is the finest dairy ing section he ever heard of. He has a cow that is far famed for the quality and quantity of her milk and cream but she established a new re cord the other day. She succeeded in getting near a two gallon can of strawberries that Mr. Codding had just gathered after a couple of hours of back breaking labor. Of course, he was sore and angry with the cow when he discovered that the meek eyed bovine had enjoyed a repast of the luscious berries that had pres ented visions to him of short cake and a big bowl of berries and cream. He still had a "grouch" on the next day but tho smile that came over his face when he tastefl tho milk and cream and found lt to be of a strawberry flavor that beat any strawberry flavoring that he was ever able to get at soda fountain or Ice cream parlor. However, the change was not permanent but Mr. Codding declares that as soon as he makes his million he Is going to have at least one cow fed on strawberries all the time. Mayor and Mrs. L. J.
