O'Connell Signs For Paiug Eu

Open Bids For Bonds. The bids
for the $50,000 Issue of school bonds
will be opened In the ofllce of Sec.
John F. Hall at 4 o'clock this after
noon. As soon as the sale of the
bonds is completed, the contracts for
the construction work will be closed.

nounced that the business of the late
August Helming will be continued
under the same name. A. Helming &
Co., Fred Helming, a brother, who
has been in the same line of business
at Portland and other Pacific coast

Horse Hurt In Runawny. The

It is feared that the animal will have
to be shot. Young Walters was
practically uninjured.

as trophies of his marksmanship.
He said that he was unable to find
the eight that W. J. Conrad and
Clayton Schooley killed while they
were out with him early last week.

of 'Panama with his wife and baby
boy and Mrs. Mangan's sister, Mls3
Jessie Chard, who will make her
home with the Mangans. Mrs.
