ROBY, tho parents of Cora Roby who was tho victim of a double tragedy hero a short time ago, left today for Portland where they expect to reside. They were accompanied by their son, Orlle. C. E. CLODFELTER and wife, loft on the Alliance this morning for Portland, whero ho will again take up his work with the Brown vlllo Woolen Mill Company at that place. Mr. Clodfolter has been in Marshfield assisting In tho opening of tho Woolen Mill Storo hero and has made many friends during his stay in this city. J. E. WARNER, chief clerk at tho Blanco, has returned from Oak land, Cal., whero ho was called by his father's illness which terminat ed fatally before his arrival. Mr. and Mrs. Guy Warner of Coqulllo, also returned with him. Tho latter were accompanied by Mrs. War ner's sister, Miss AHco Hoyt who will spend tho summer with them. C. II. B. JENKINS, tho well-known civil onglneer who has been cm ployed with tho C. A. Smith Com pany for tho past year, left on tho steamer Plant this afternoon for San Francisco. From there, ho will go to Bluo Lakes, California, in tho interest of tho company, to put in a logging railroad. His stay in California will bo indefinite, but his many friends who regret his doparture hope to see him back on the Bay In tho near future.
