MADRAS OREG Cleaning Time With the coming of the warm spring days that we have been having this week, we hear the lamentations of the gentle hus bands, when their wives begin to talk about cleaning house. The men always know what to ex pect when the houses are all torn up and there are carpets top clean and stoves to take down and numerous other jobs that go with the housecleaning. What we are really getting at is this, that there should be a movement started to have the property owners of the town clean up their yard's, and the city .officials have the streets cleaned, so that when a stranger comes to town, he may see that pride is being taken in the looks of the town.
