The Olvmpia Tribune, of the 12tb, has the following in connection with the late fire at Bellingham Bay: From a gentleman just from BellingliamBay we learn that the coal mine thero has at last lieen pumped dry, and is now ready for mining. Since last September, when to extinguish the fire burning beneath the mine was flooded, not one hundred tons of coal have been taken out. For few days past nothing has been done except to leave the pit open for the es cape of poisonous gasses. With Monday next mining will again be commenced. Tiie bark Amethyst and ship Germania are each in the bay waiting cargoes of coal for San Francisco. The catalogue of St. Helen's Hall, just published, shows that institution to be in a flourishing condition. One hun dred and ninety-three pupils have been in attendance during the pat year.
