FRIDAY. FEBRUARY 20. 1903. UNION EXPERIMENT STATION. The Union experiment station is to be the most beneficial institution in the entire state of Oregon, If the ob jects in view are fully carried out. At present its work is almost en tirely experimental. It is engaged in the study of the adaptability of soils to crops and climate.
