to any rtilro.id company or to any Str.te in
Hud of any Tailroad or military road, shall

tier, and any person who has. under exist
isg laws, taken a homestead or any sec

tailit&ry road land grants, and who, by
existing lows, shall have 'been restricted to
SO acres, may enter under the homestead
3aws -en additional 60 acres adjoining the
land embraced hi hh original entry if such
-additional land be subject to entry; or. if
och person so elect, he may icrrcader his
entry to the United States for cancellation
nnd thereupon be entitled to enter land

JLad the person so making an additional
entry of 80 acres or new entry, alter the
surrender and cancellation of his original
entry, shall be permitted so to do without
payment of fees and commissions; and res
