Bound Over. A new comer named
-John Campbell, claiming to hail from
the Lake country, was arreted at
Grants Pass on Monday last bv Sheriff
Patterson and brought here for trial on
a charge of robbing Julius Shmitt of
-$10 which he had in his panti in his
room at the Union livery stable. De
fendant had n trial before a jury in
Justice Hubbel's court on the following
day when the jury disagreed and he
