B u t now th a t w e're back to o u r tra d itio n a l life of personal lib erty , ju s t see how th e heads begin to sh ak e again. I guess there'll always be head- shakers—folks who feel “there ought to be a law”— who believe th a t the best form of regulation is suppression, whether it’s applied to beer or baseball.
