Dooley, 65, a pio- neer son of Banks, died at Banks July 27. He was born in what is now called Banks, November 7, 1861, and lived all of his life with in a mile of his birthplace. He was married to Nora Dodds, October 20, 1886. To this union seven children were born, two of whom died in infancy. Those liv ing are Charles, Seaside; Mrs. Bertha Stribick, Forest Grove; Marion, Ver nonia; Mrs. Wilma Steel and Jack- son at home. His widow also sur vives. Besides the immediate fam ily he is survived by seven grand children, six brothers and a sister. Dr. O. H. Holmes of Forest Grove conducted the brief service in the home. Mrs. E. C.
