There is a divergence of opinion a 10 me remaining awaras. it 1 hard to find a person from this county who saw the Washington county exhibit who will not say that at leant it wa entitled to sec ond place, or at the very least. third place. For diversification it had Polk county beaten, and a great major ity of county visitor hold that it luiuld have been given prece dence over Polk. The exhibit will be taken to the "Ijtnd Product Show at Port- and thi Fall, where it will be on display for a week. The camping visitors had a big time, altho it was quite wet. One of the features of camp life was the big parade by the camper, led by Mayor Albert Toiirr, last Friday night. Mr. A. P. Luther. of Hillsboro, wore a costume in the habit of one hundred years ago, and A. P. wore a mask upon w hich wa inscribed "Camped at the State Fair in I860." The parade rounded the' camp grounds, visited the principal buildings and wound up at the executive offices, where they complimented the management for the successful fair of 1922. a start. 11 seems nitstiru in raise ....1 i. .... ir,, f i rlrf urndr provided a man is goinul ......
