He is survived by his widow anl the following children by a Comer marriage Richard Mel loy, Heaxerton. and Mrs. Marx Johnson, of Salt I-ake. Of his imnudiate family he is survived by the following sisters and brother: Mr. Kate Hanson, of Portland: Mm. Lulu Pecker and Mrs. K.dith Rawlins, of Lincoln. Mr. Melloy resided in Salt 1 akc many years, and xa connected with the police force of that city for an extended pe riod. H moved to Oregon about fifteen years ago. and resided af Reaver ton until about two and a half years ago. w lu n he settled North of Hillshoro. A few months ago he sola ins place ami itougnt in Hillsboro. Mr. Melloy xv as highly esteem ej and made many friends during hi residence here and at Reaver ton. Otelia R. Clement has sued Chas. H. Clement for divorce. They xvcre married in Minncapo lis in ISS'5, and the husband de serted the xxife in ISIS. ACter eight years for herself the xxife concluded she xvanted separation.
